These terms govern the travel services provided by Jex Travel & Tours. They're a starting template, please have them reviewed by your legal adviser before publishing.
Prices and availability for flights, hotels and tours are confirmed at the time of booking and may change until payment is received. A booking is confirmed once we issue your confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Full payment or a deposit may be required to hold a booking, as advised at the time.
Change and cancellation terms depend on the airline, hotel or tour supplier and will be shared with you before you book. Some fares and rates are non-refundable.
Shop orders are paid online through Paystack. The amount you pay online covers the items only.
You can collect your order from our office, or have it delivered to the location you pin on the map at checkout. For delivery, the delivery fee is not part of the online payment: you pay it directly to the delivery person when your order arrives.
Refunds: to ask for a refund, please call us on +233 24 952 5199 with your order number (it starts with "JEX-" and is in your confirmation email). Refunds for online payments are returned through Paystack to the card or mobile-money account you paid with.
We assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval, which is decided solely by the relevant embassy or authority. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you provide.
